Sha-na-na-na....
- It's a Trap!: Larry Flynt offers Anthony Weiner a job - but he'll have to move to Beverly Hills. I smell a sitcom!
- This Shit is Real and It's Blowing My Freaking Mind: Check out the Super-Kamiokande Neutrino Detector in Japan. I'm willing to bet that in 5 years, it'll be the setting for some poorly edited but well shot JJ Abrams action sequence.
- Speaking Of Incredibly Rare Occurences in the Universe...: Catholic Priest in Boston Opens Doors, Arms and Heart to Homosexuals. Shockingly, Hell doesn't engulf the city. In fact, Bruins won the Stanley Cup. Coincidence? You decide...
- Want an Acid Trip But Need Your Afternoons Free to Get Shit Done?: Forbidden Zone by Mystic Knights of Oingo Boingo (Richard Elfman and his brother, Danny "Jaunty Circus Music in Burton Films" Elfman) is an amazing art film that is subversive, cute, offensive, weird and full of great musical performances. I could set up the following clip, but it wouldn't really make more sense. Just be aware that there are some boobs in it for a few seconds. (Via Buzzine)
- I Have Seen The Future and It Is...Quite Bleak: I feel a disturbance in the net. Millions of hipsters suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. Oh God...it's the new video for the Gathering of the Juggalos. Featuring a Sci-Fi theme. And Vanilla Ice. Be strong, people; don't let them see you cry. Don't give them the satisfaction.
- Vindication Thy Name is Batman Returns: I remember hating this movie as a kid - except for the rocket-strapped penguins. Turns out - I was ahead of my time! ComicsAlliance reviews Tim Burton's Batman Returns - part 1 here and part 2 here.
- No One Ever Asked Precious If She Wanted to Be in the Movie...: These are just awesome. Posters for 28 Great Movies from the Perspective of Minor Characters. Awesome.
- Instant Karma Still Not as Fast as How Quickly Dick Hallorann Dies: This is a great mashup, recut video of The Shining set to John Lennon's "Instant Karma." There's some boobs and blood in this one, but let's try to be mature about it.
