Fisticuffs is when you tell me who would win in a knockdown, dragout, physical fight to the death between two people or groups.

The sci-fi nerd will is torn asunder! Who will win in this eternal struggle twixt utopian retrofuture and futuristic ancient history? Remember - it's the fanbases that are at war, not any of the characters from the properties.

Star Trek
has a universe full of various species with their own weapons and customs. Star Trek fans are legion and, while the attraction to Lucas's fable has been the flashy action of laser swords and swaggering cowboys, Trekkies tend to be the more analytical bunch; for the most part, they're much more interested in the schematics for warp drives and the etymology of Romulan languages. This cunning and learned approach, combined with the ferocity of various weaponry and endless reenactments of "Arena," make Trekkies formidable opponents. Will Klingon cosplayers shout "Qapla'" over the vanquished carcasses of Tusken Raider fanboys?

Many Star Wars fans fit a certain, lasting impression of awkward, chubby and lacking coordination...but there are just as many very fit and coordinated Jedi wannabes who will give you a demonstration of their lightsaber skills at the drop of a Lobot. Not to mention the unruly mob of legion in the standing stormtrooper company of the 501st Legion. Without lightning hands, can real life Siths stand victorious on the defeated corpses of Ferengi?

Skills vs. Numbers. Klingon Savagery vs. Sith Sophistication. Who will win? Vote below!
